I²IT is an Undergraduate Engineering Institute approved by AICTE, New Delhi; recognized by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Govt. of Maharashtra and is affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University. It offers 4 years full-time B.E. courses in Computer Engineering, Information Technology and Electronics and Telecommunication with approximately 800+ students on campus.

I²IT is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with B++ Grade in Accreditation Cycle 1. Established on 10 acres of land, this institute equips students to accept challenges in the areas of Information Technology, Engineering and other niche areas of expertise. The applicants can choose to pursue any one of the 3 B.E specializations offered by International Institute of Information Technology.
