Entrance Exam

IPU CET Entrance Exam:

• The IPU CET entrance exam is a university-level examination held for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programs. 
• The paper is usually conducted offline by the IP university and the total time given to the candidates is around 150 minutes. 
• All the eligible applicants can fill the application with a fee of 1200 INR.

•  The eligibility for this examination is that the candidate must be Indian and must have passed 10+2 with a recognized board.

NPAT Entrance Exam:

• The NPAT Entrance Exam is for the admissions in undergraduate and integrated degree programs in Narsee Monjee Institute of Management studies or NIMS university.
• The exam pattern is that 120 questions consist of around 100 marks. 
• The eligibility criteria are that the student must pass 10+2 with English being the mandatory subject and secure a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

BHU UET Entrance Exam:

• The BHU UET entrance examination is conducted by Banaras Hindu University for granting Admission to candidates in various programs. 
• The exam pattern of this examination is that there will be 150 questions of 450 scoring marks and those questions will be multiple type questions.
• The applications will be released online. The eligibility for this examination is that the candidate must be passed in the previous examination with about 50% aggregate.

JUEE Entrance Examination:

• The JUEE Examination is a university test conducted for admission in undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral programs. 

• The application form is available on the official website of the college. The eligibility criteria are that the person needs to pass 10+2 with an aggregate of 45% at minimum.

As I mentioned earlier I have a dream of becoming a banker in a reputed bank, and this college is providing be the opportunity to fulfill my dreams along with my graduation course. hence it saves my time as well as money for going to coaching classes. B COM and NIIT class are so well arranged that there is no pressure of managing both courses in 1st year a 14 years experienced teacher has taught about banking and finance. And I am excited for the other 2 years. faculty of B com is very good. they are so friendly and supportive in nature. i share a very good bond with each and every faculty member. There teaching skills are excellent They guide us with proper understanding. faculty members focus more on real-life learning more thank bookish knowledge. All topics are covered in a proper duration of time.

Placement Experience : 

campus placement is provided from the last year but many internships are provided after completing 1st year which helps students to gain experience so that in campus placement he can attempt his best. Various Companies visit for campus placement like Amazon, Flipkart, Patanjali,Samsung, KPMG, we have told that for NIIT students, they will be placed in good BFSI (banking, finance, and service, insurance) sector. For internship profiles offered are not so good but campus placement offer job profile according to your marks. My plans after getting both the degree is to have a good job in the banking sector or go for government banking exams.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions : 

The fee structure of the college is very reasonable as compare to other private colleges. If we compare the facility provided along with fee structure you will get a great deal. Normal Graduation courses are very fewer rates B COM fees for one year is only 45000 and if you opt for BCOM + NIIT ( banking and finance ) fees would be 75000 which includes all the study material, college dress, as well as new HP laptop. The scholarship program is very amazing if you get more than 85 % in any year you will get great advantages. there are a lot of internships provided with good companies .various companies visit our campus for job selection.

There is no gender separation in the college. All of them are equally. There is peace politics in our college. There is no strikes allowed in the campus. They economically viable for students. gender ratio in our college is girls is more than boys. They provide orientation classes on Friday.

We have many events, During the begin we have Welcome event which is for the new students its organised by the seniors to the juniors, it has games and dine its a bonding and social time. Then we have a lot of festival functions also and during December, we have alot of inter class competitions and inter group competitions like debate, treasure hunt and many more games. Then in January we have are days. Which is the biggest event of the year. We have a week full of fun and games. And during the end of that week all the winners trophy is given which ends in dancing and partying. Then after are exams we have a small before the holidays party just meet, eat and greet kinda stuff for the teachers and students to bond more.

Faculty : 

We had a total of 6 classes a day 3 in the morning and 3 at noon, the average age while graduating was 21. We had good and bad professors, the good professors classes were very educational but the bad professors were not interested in taking classes and teaching us. We had alot of professionals come over to are colleges and guide us we were given good amount of mock interviews and probably guided on the various professions we can choose. We also had industrial visits but more then side seeing I didn’t think it was of much help.

Course Curriculum Overview : 

The course is to the point we have a subject of business law too which is very hard but definitely relevant. Although the course needs an update on the current level of business. Again alot of importance is given into memorising than actually understanding of the theories. Alot of theories can definitely be used in professional trainings and the tax which we had was updated and was of the current year rules so it is very helpful for understanding the current situations and criteria.

Alumni and senior students were very helpful and they were also friendly. They are now placed due to college placement and internship and are happy with there jobs. They are helping me out for placement and how to give interview.

There are different labs like computer lab, electronics lab, etc and there is also a gymkhana in our college and ground where green gym is also present. Every year inter college games are conducted Like volleyball, cricket, etc.

Teachers are friendly and helpful and are qualified. Most of the teachers are PhD. They do different activities to understand the concepts of topics clearly. Super campus is also there in which students give test every week.

I loved this institute as all the facilities, like infrastructure along with the course infrastructure and also the faculty all these elements made my student life the best. Also, they have a student’s corner where the student can post their query as well as their issues. My teachers were all friendly and frank with us. Their way of imparting knowledge with using some interesting methodology that are interesting. Interesting and easy course structure. subjects like the history of media to a specialized subject given to each and every student helped us a lot to know about our own strengths. To be a part of this college was actually a good experience along with the journalism and basics of mass media I also learned to communicate with confidence and inculcate professionalism in me.

College Events : 

On the wall bulletin board they create encyclopedia of famous authors, books and characters. The bulletin boards amazingly display lots of information. Std IX and X students create wall newspapers on themes like “News Papers as enhancer of knowledge”. They have the role plays like “Annie and Jack went to the knowledge city”. This year they came out with wonderful idea of knowledge city. Some chose science, forest, maths as their knowledge city while some raised the awareness about environment related issue. Costume, use of different props and of course their dialogues and adventure in the script made the competition very interesting.

Faculty : 

Infrastructure : College has a good infrastructure it has a well-equipped library and a good football ground with a gym. There are few canteen inside the campus. Classrooms are good as well, college hostel is known for its food, they provide good tasty meal and there is mosque inside the campus. Faculty : Staff here are like most of the staffs in other colleges some are friendly some are weird and some are more talented. The teaching methods used here is the same old teaching method but they update the syllabus whenever needed. There are few projects as well in the final year.

Campus Life : 

Extracurricular activities is much better than other colleges located in near districts because our college is a overall champions in district.football is the main sports category in our college.and I am very happy with the extracurricular activities.

we have a good eco-friendly campus. but they didn't try to maintain a good relationship between students.Our campus is looking so beautiful when we compare with others.But there is no more chance to explore the campus. they give more importance to attendance and studies.

Once famous tabla player Ustad Zakir Hussain had put up a show in our college n it was one amazing n memorable experience.

Submitted the form and name came on the merit list. Though I was not in the first merit list in fact my name was on the last one. So i had to be very patient throughout this waiting period. But as well as that ends well. I always wanted to do my bachelors from this college n my dream came true.

Its very feasible. Its very nominal. I still cant imagine my bcom fees was that nominal. University fees is generally very nominal. Had it been any other private college it would have charged a bomb for this. But it doesnt really make sense to spend so much on bachelors degree.

Exam Structure : 

Every 3 months you have to write internal assessment test.If you miss the internal test then your semester final marks will be affected. Semester wise you need to appear and need to have 80 percent attendance to attend the exam. If you don't have minimum attendance criteria, you won't be allowed to appear for the exam. The exam structure is not so hectic, you get sufficient time to prepare for the exam.

College Events : 

Every week different kind of events happen. It can be related to technical, cultural and management. Under technical part inter-college quiz competition, and various international and national case studies usually happen. Under management event like best manager, marketing, PR, and finance round happens. various kind of cultural activities like inter-college dance, singing and skit competition.

Admission : 

The admission process is so simple:- There is a lot of campus of the jain college. You need to decide which campus you want to get in. Application forms are available online. To get in here you need to score 70% on your academics and followed by face to face interview. or else you can directly come to the college and take the admission. This is especially for commerce program.

Course Curriculum Overview : 

It had ample amount of practical and theoretical syllabus. The assignments and the projects only started in the 2nd year which I thought was a little late. But overall it proved to be effective. The subjects were assembled in a way that made it easy to understand the continuity of our course. It also helped that our faculty made sure to inter connect the subjects that needed to be studied.

Faculty : 

The faulty I would is the best part of my college. I wouldn't say they are nice but I would say they're always right. Especially my HOD, she made sure each person in my class get equal opportunity to speak up . The faculty also made sure that there was parallel system of the chapters and syllabus we were studying as to make it easier for us students to remember our content .

College Events : 

All Jain festivals were celebrated grandly as were the hindu, Christian,and Muslim festivals. But primary importance to Jain festivals. As for the cultural fests they were most sought out by all. The events range from dance to quiz. All included. Not only our own cultural fests but our college encouraged us to excel at the cultural fests of other colleges too.

College Events : 

Name one everything is there apart from studies. Every event, every day is celebrated over here. Starting from commerce organisation to banking events, wherein people from business world come to share their experience and views, we also have entrepreneurship workshops conducted by Rotary Club.

Placement Experience : 

Placements are not very good at least back then, however they do provide summer internship opportunities in Bank's within the city for certain courses. The stipend is not much but you will get good working experience at very young age. Bank's include Dombivli Nagari Sahakari Bank, etc.
